Contracts Administrator

Custom Air has an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team! This will be for a 1 Year Contract with the possibility of moving into another position for the right candidate.

We are seeking a self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic individual.

The successful candidate for this position will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically excel and word, and be a strong team player with close attention to detail.

Primary responsibilities include:

· Entering new jobs into our file management software

· Maintaining system records

· Maintain/Liaise communications with Sales Team and clients

· Filing and File archiving

· Reporting

· Assisting Sales Team in drafting proposals

Based out of our Port Coquitlam head office, we have a family first atmosphere and offer RRSP Contributions.
