Warehouse Helper

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Helper: Our Warehouse Helper is an integral member of the team as they maintain inventory and coordinate deliveries from our many store locations to our customers. They are detail-oriented, multi-tasking pros with a can-do attitude. They prefer working in a busy environment and can operate warehouse equipment, such as electric and manual pallet jacks and forklifts. Our Warehouse Helper ensures the fast, efficient, and safe delivery of much-needed parts and accessories and are organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious.

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping/stock person/warehouse experience is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities with a sense of urgency

• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures

• Steel toe shoes are required

Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, and maintain store inventory

• Coordinate deliveries from the store to the customer to ensure seamless customer service

• Picking and packing orders, as well as receiving and putting away inventory.

• Checking stock for wear and/or damage and reporting faults and discrepancies.

• Following procedures for preparing and packing special orders for our stores and customers.

• Coordinate pickups and update Service Department on the delivery status.

• Ensuring company vehicles are operated safely and per provincial driving regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
