CustomAir is seeking an experienced, energetic, and outgoing receptionist. The last 3 receptionists we hired have already moved up within the company so we need to hire some more! This person is integral to the business as all service calls, from all regions, funnel through their switchboard. We don't have much foot traffic but this person is also responsible for keeping the office "on par" (photocopiers full, supplies ordered, etc.) and providing admin support to various departments (newsletters, po's, informational docs). So...we need you to have excellent customer service abilities, be calm under pressure, and able to multi-task. In addition,

• At least 6 months minimum reception experience

• At least 6 months minimum experience operating multi-line switchboard

• Must be proficient in G-Suite, Excel, Word and Outlook applications

• Strong work ethic, time management skills and reliability

Basic literacy and typing/data entry assessments will be administered during the interview process.
