The Problem.

Adam Spear contacted Peter Harteveld because the incumbent service provider was unable to provide an emergency solution for the failure of the cooling tower. The cooling tower had a catastrophic failure of the entire blower assembly. Warrington was faced with high profile retail businesses that would be unable to operate over the busy summer season Warrington PCI leaned on CustomAir to provide an instant temporary solution. They needed a large size contractor, like CustomAir, to be able to react to the problem and find a solution.

"Warrington needed an army of the best guys in the industry to solve this problem and solve it fast."

The Solution

Working around the clock for 4 days and flying in specialty parts from across Canada; Custom was able to get the cooling tower 75% functional…which was good enough to limp the building through the summer until a new cooling tower could be manufactured and installed on the site. This entailed daily and weekly inspections by CustomAir technicians to make sure the building was running as efficiently as possible.

The project has been completed and the building operated with optimal and efficient cooling through the summer of 2018. To learn more about this project watch the following video.
